Casamba Promotes Billie Nutter to Chief Executive Officer, Names Ronnie Amrany Executive Chairman

 

Agoura Hills, CA – May 20, 2020 – Casamba, a leading provider of electronic medical record (EMR) solutions for contract therapy providers, skilled nursing facilities, home health and hospice agencies, and outpatient therapy, today announced Billie Nutter has been named chief executive officer effective immediately.  She takes over for Ronnie Amrany, the company’s founder and previous CEO, who has been appointed the firm’s executive chairman.

As president and a member of Casamba’s executive leadership team since 2017, Nutter has played an integral role in the company’s business and development strategy. Prior to joining Casamba, Nutter served as chief executive officer in several healthcare sub verticals. Upon assuming the role of chief executive officer, Nutter will also join the company’s board of directors.
